The Laurels of Blanchester employs a team of highly qualified medical professionals, including a Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Restorative Care Nurses, a Wound Care Nurse, state tested Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and a Speech Therapist. Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Kristen McKinney
Administrator
Kristen McKinney joined The Laurels of Blanchester as administrator in February 2022.
Kristen has worked in healthcare for over 10 years. She most recently held the position of assistant sdministrator for Otterbein Senior Life in Mainville, Ohio, where she completed her adminstrator-in-training program.
Becky Willison, RN
Director of Nursing
Becky has been a member of the Blanchester community her whole life graduating from Blanchester High School in 1995. She had the opportunity to volunteer within the local Boy Scouts of America organization for over 10 ten years. She has been married for 25 years to her loving husband, Bart, and has two boys. Both of Becky’s boys completed their scouting career as Eagle Scouts. Becky joined the Laurels family in 2007 with most of those years working as a floor nurse at the Laurels of Blanchester. She had the opportunity to transfer to the Laurels of Milford as a Unit Manager before returning to Blanchester as the Director of Nursing. Becky graduated from Southern State Community college earning her LPN in 2007 and recently graduating from Galen College of nursing with her RN in 2019.
